World Dance Day
On the initiative of UNESCO’s International Dance Council, Dance Day will be celebrated on April 29, 2010 everywhere in the world by the international community of professional and amateur dancers.
On the agenda: dance everywhere you don’t normally dance, and get people who don’t dance to dance!
The main purpose of this event is to introduce people to dance and encourage the maximum number to try it. Dance is at the heart of every culture. It’s the ideal way to gather people from different cultures and backgrounds.
On the occasion of this event, the dancers of the FLUX LABORATORY, will celebrate the dance in several places in Geneva, inciting the public to join them.
Young or less young, each will be invited to dance to celebrate the variety and the cheerfulness!
